The Illinois Leadership® Center offers a variety of volunteer involvement opportunities which allow faculty, staff members, university alums, community members, and graduate students to engage in meaningful leadership experiences with Illinois students.

Leadership Lab Facilitator

Leadership Lab (formerly known as i-Program) facilitators assist in shaping the experience and environment of the Leadership Labs, programs that are designed as interactive seminars focused on a particular aspect of leadership practice. Illinois faculty, staff members, alumni, and graduate student employees are invited to apply to serve as a Small Group Facilitator.

LeaderShape® Institute™ Cluster Facilitator

The LeaderShape® Institute™, a four-day program provided by LeaderShape® in partnership with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, challenges participants to lead with integrity while working towards a vision grounded in their deepest values. A Cluster Facilitator serves as a resource, catalyst, and coach to a small Family Cluster group of 8-12 participants.

Networking and Personal Brand Development Alumni Coach

Alumni coaches serve as small group facilitators for the Networking and Personal Brand Development Leadership Lab, which focuses on competencies necessary for displaying leadership during times of personal and professional transition. University of Illinois alums are invited to apply to serve as Alumni Coaches.
