Biography:

Thais joined the Illinois Leadership Center (ILC) as a Graduate Assistant in August 2024 where she currently assists in the development and assessment of all content for Illinois Leadership Center workshops, and supports projects related to the Leadership Certificate Program including the day-to-day operations and event planning. Additionally, she supervises John A. Graf interns and Leadership Certificate specialists. She currently studies Human Resources Development in the College of Education.

Prior to joining the University of Illinois, Thais served as Human Resources Specialist within GDM seeds and Louis Dreyfus Company. Outside of work, Thais enjoys spending time with her family and friends, practicing yoga and exercise.
